    Properties subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions  of Quail Hollow Homeowners Association, Inc. are:

1. Three condominium associations known as Quail Hollow East Condominium, 82 residential units; Quail Hollow South Condominium, 60 units and Quail Hollow West Condominium, 86 units.

2. Forty-one single family homes.

3. Recreational facilities and common area properties titled to Quail Hollow Homeowners Association -- namely, the Clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, three lakes and various common grounds and access ways not specifically titled to a condominium association or single family homeowner.

              Other properties, within Quail Hollow Estates, which are not subject to our Declaration and whose owners or residents are not members of Quail Hollow Homeowners Association, Inc. are:

 1. Ninety rental units, known as Quail Hollow Apartments, adjacent Quail Meadow Lane and Hopeton Rd.

 2. Approximately 191 single family homes located in western part of Quail Hollow Estates, east of Sugar Creek, whose owners are members of Quail Hollow Homeowners Association IV.

               In this Website, we not only provide you all the word-for-word legal documents, on file at the Register-of-Deeds office, to which documents all members are bound, but we add Rules & Regulations, which are authorized by Article VI, Section 1.(a) of the By-Laws.
