Quail Hollow West was founded in 1982 and is the newest of the condominium associations. Our community has a membership of eighty-six, with a variety of building styles. We have forty units in nine patio home buildings, and forty- six units in six townhouse buildings. Each patio home has a private garage and courtyard space for individualistic gardening and style. Each townhouse unit has a carport and patio, with space allowed for private gardening. Several unit owners have elected to enhance their patio with a sunroom, bringing a little bit of the outdoors in.
