Quail Hollow South Condominium Association

  • South is comprised of 6 stately manor-style buildings housing 2 and 3 bedroom flats.  These 60 condominium homes are the perfect blend for today's homeowners.

  • Built in 1973 by Richard Wright Company, South was the second association and was complete in 1976.  It followed the original Planned Unit Development that Scholz began when he designed East and the Single Family Homes.

  • Four buildings have four 3-bedroom homes and eight 2-bedroom homes with a common hallway in the center running front to back.

  • Second floor 2-bedroom homes have a "den" built over the entrance foyers providing them with an extra room and square footage.

  • Two of the buildings are "half" buildings with two 3-bedroom homes and four 2-bedroom homes.

  • Carports and storage rooms are on each end of the buildings. Homeowners have one assigned carport space and a storage room, and one assigned outside space.

  • Sitting on 7.24 lush acres, the density is so low that each home is afforded either a view of green landscaping or 2 of the 3 lakes, including the large main lake.
