Quail Hollow East
The Quail Hollow East Association (QHE) is the sub-association to which 82 members of our community belong. QHE consists of five garden-style condominium buildings and seven townhouse buildings. It is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, each of whom are elected by members of the QHE community. A map of the community can be found here.
Key areas of responsibility of QHE Board of Directors include:
- The common areas of QHE, exclusive of landscaping and grounds.
- The maintenance and repair of each building, excluding areas defined as the responsibility of each homeowner in the QHE By-Laws.
The QHE Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of each month at 7pm. All QHE homeowners are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings where they can gain valuable insights into the Board’s work and ask any questions related to the QHE Board’s area of responsibility.
In addition to monthly meetings, the QHE Board of Directors also convenes an Annual Meeting each year. The date, time, and location of the Annual Meeting as well as sub-association governing documents are accessible through the Sign-In portal.
