Quail Hollow West
The Quail Hollow West Association (QHW) is the sub-association to which 86 members of our community belong. QHW consists of six townhouse buildings and nine patio home buildings. It is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, each of whom are elected by members of the QHW community. A map of the community can be found here.
Key areas of responsibility of QHW Board of Directors include:
- The common areas of QHW, exclusive of landscaping and grounds.
- The maintenance and repair of each building, excluding areas defined as the responsibility of each homeowner in the QHW By-Laws.
The QHW Board of Directors meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7pm. All QHW homeowners are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings where they can gain valuable insights into the Board’s work and ask any questions related to the QHW Board’s area of responsibility.
In addition to monthly meetings, the QHW Board of Directors also convenes an Annual Meeting each year. The date, time, and location of the monthly meetings and Annual Meeting as well as sub-association governing documents are accessible through the Sign-In portal.
