Welcome, new tenants, to the Quail Hollow Estates community! We understand that moving to a new neighborhood can sometimes be daunting, so to ensure a smooth transition, here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the process:
While your landlord or your landlord’s property manager should have supplied you with resources like the QHHA community rules as well as your sub-association’s community rules, you can also access them and other useful resources by Signing Up for a new resident account on this site.
Also, it’s a good idea to identify in what part of our community you live (see map). If you live in one of the sub-associations – Quail Hollow East, Quail Hollow South, or Quail Hollow West, your landlord or landlord’s property manager should have also reached out to the property management group for that sub-association to share your contact information in case they need to reach you, but it’s always a good idea to double-check with the property management group for your sub-association to make sure they have you in their records in case they need to contact you.
Lastly, if you experience any repair or maintenance issues, you should always notify your landlord or your landlord’s property manager first.
