New Homeowners
Welcome, new homeowners, to the Quail Hollow Estates community! We understand that joining our community can be a little overwhelming with an umbrella association, multiple sub-associations and property management groups. To ensure a smooth transition, here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the registration process:
First, to access resources like our community rules and notices, governing documents, Board meeting minutes, calendar of events, and amenity enrollment information, be sure to Sign Up for a new resident account on this site.
New homeowners in the single-family home section of our community (see map) should register with Cedar Management Group, the property management group for Quail Hollow Homeowners Association (QHHA).
If you have purchased a condominium, townhouse, or patio home, you will also need to register with the respective sub-association’s property management group:
Each association and sub-association have their own Board of Directors and specific areas of responsibility. Likewise, dues payments for each association and sub-association are collected by their respective property management groups.
